-Suspect is running -- Use warnings to order to stop, if they do not heed, you may open fire (Standard Duty weapons only - Deagle)
-Suspect is idle -- You must use ONLY pepper spray or baton, if they fail to comprehend after warnings, and you cannot apprehend, you may use baton or pepper spray to take down. (If suspect is armed with fire-arm while idle, you still must only use pepper spray or baton, it is advised you have another Officer to cover you with a gun).

Description of events:
Me and Hector were evading from the police following a murder and abetting felony over the LS-LV highway, towards Los Santos. After Officers Kevin Arens and Micheal Andrewson decided to break procedure 1.2 by drive-by shooting a Phoenix's tires, whose max speed is not only lower than a police cruiser but also not listed as a drive-byable vehicle, our car blew up and we had to bail on foot.

After running around the highways of Mullholand Intersection, Officer Domenico Corleonesi decided to pull an unrealistic stunt by getting out of his Rancher so it would hit me at full speed, in an attempt to car-kill/ram me. Without even deciding to use /m for once, he went straight to shooting at me. After I hid behind a wall and crouched before remaining immobile, Domenico nevertheless decided to shoot and injure a no-longer-armed, idle suspect.

Afterwards he sprayed me while spamming "gu" on the local chat. Obviously he had no intention to RP, or at least follow common procedures, during the whole situation.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April 11, 2014, at 11:30 a report was submitted by Eduardo Solis as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Lieutenant Vincent Vice

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- It is clear Domenico Corleone had no intention of roleplaying a police officer or roleplaying at all, and was just trying to make a few dollars by jailing a suspect. His actions including breaching driveby procedure, ramming you after jumping out of the vehicle (borderline rulebreaking) and shooting you while not moving, and not even attempting at all to roleplay but spam "gu" is unacceptable as not only a cop, but a player on the server.


-- In conclusion, Officer Domenico_Corleone will be copbanned for 7 days for his actions.
