Description of events:
Tomy_Bambino, as known as SAPD-Alpha with 2 units called an 207 situation on Verona Beach Bridge (207B) opposite to Luciano HQ. We arrived at scene and they called 10-22 on the 207. We investigated on the kidnap and found out that the "suspects" attempted to kidnap a LEO but they unit SAPD-Alpha failed to arrest them. Soon afterwards, a suspect was barricaded in LSFD. The suspect ran out of building and soon got arrested. I stayed at the scene and SAPD-Alpha took the suspect back to LSPD, where the suspect is being extorted and executed with unlawful power.

1. As Loris had already mentioned in Police radio, homociding is a crime and you eventually killed the suspect, or having the intention to do it (at least you showed your intention at public chat). You can suspect them with "Attempted kidnapping" or whatever. He can request investigation if he/she thinks that the officer has abused /suspect. "and what is on my power to i suspect without good arguments" The Argonath Constitutions give a detailed explanation.

Section II: The Constitution

However, no weapon shall be in open sight without lawful purpose. This does not apply to appointed law enforcement agencies unless directed otherwise by appropriate law enforcement officials.

Section III: Criminal Law
Act I: Under punishment by law enforcement, no resident shall commit murder, acts of thievery, of possessions, assault on any resident, vandalism of any property, acts of rape, act of abduction or any other act harming person, wealth, or property.

Act XIII.III: A person can be arrested without a warrant if he is suspected immediately after committing the offence.

2. Yes you didn't steal any suspects, but as mentioned above at 1, you brutally slaughtered our suspect which is surrendered, which is against the law and Constitutions of Argonath and the rules of Argonath RPG.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April the 13th, 2014, at 12:31 HOURS a report was submitted by Ronald Gloucester as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Staff Sergeant Nexus Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The statements from the reporter and the accused officer has been analyzed, also the witness testimonials were reviewed. Officer Gambino failed to maintain control of himself while being provoked by the suspect, in which resulted in death of the apprehended suspect.


-- In conclusion, Officer Tomy Gambino will be officially warned for intentionally killing surrendered suspect.
