But Mr. Padres you just said that you did not inform Officer luke about your receipt, if you would have told him this could have been evoided.
dont you think?

Take another look at my message. I explained Officer LukeN that I had solid evidence that would prove my ownership. He did not reply to me appropiately though, so I was unable to provide said evidence.

Did it ever crossed your mind that Officer Luke didnt belive you? you have had said, i have a receipt that can prove the car is a rental, then nothing of this would have happened.

Are you telling me that it is MY responsibility to make him believe me? It doesn't matter when I say that I have a receipt, or when I say that I have evidence. Both means the same, the only difference is that the receipt is more specific.

I said straightly that I had evidence of the ownership of the vehicle. That is far enough to make an Officer aware. I told him that I own the vehicle, he should've checked it by asking me for official papers or checking the license plate, but he simply ignored it. Infact - He based the detainment on me on clues, such as a car alarm, which turned out to be a malfunction, and a 911 call of the randomly same vehicle. He even made use of excessive force based on these clues and discrimination, thinking I would evade.

San Andreas Police Department
30/04/2014

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April 26, 2014, 14:15:25 pm a report was submitted by Padres Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Training Sergeant Celso Williams

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer used force to aprehend the suspect.
-- Officer had several reasons to belive that was the stolen vehicle.
-- Witness did not provide abuse of force, so no evidence was provided.
-- The vehicle was a rental.
-- Padres was thrown in jail for 200 seconds.

-- In conclusion, this report was a huge misunderstanding between Officer Luke, and Mr. Rosso, seen has no evidence was provided for the exeption of the receipt.
-- Also i assess that officer Luke had enough reasonable suspicion to get the man in cuffs for his and the citezens protection, and move on towards the investigation on the scene, Mr. Rosso showed that he had evidance that the vehicle wasnt stolen, but never specified what it was.
-- I would like officer Luke to make an apology for the misunderstanding, no more actions will be taken towards the officer.
-- If you have found any evidence that may be good enough to open this case again, read the text below.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

Signed,
Supervisory Training Sergeant Celso Williams
