Directed to: SAPD authority.

Name: Jake Price

Report against:
[WS]Makaveli - REGULATIONS BREACHED

Description of events:
I was doing my regular patrol around Idlewood as the officer Makaveli came by with his sirens on, I checked out the MDC as I did saw there were no suspects at that moment as makaveli came by he blowed off a warning against Fuzzy Luciano he was on driver duty at that moment as Mr Fuzzy stopped his car on the side of the road, as we noticed Officer Makaveli continued and only gave that warning to clear the road for his civilian passenger. I asked him in /r if he could turn off his siren as there was no emercency he replyed on my request as he told me that they were on a hurry for a "tea break" I decide to make a picture of the following warning to driver fuzzy luciano. As the chatlogs were removed i can't show them up

Possible Witnesses:
Fuzzy Luciano
multiple officers which followed the /r chat don't know there names

Evidence:

Fuzzy luciano has been told he is a witness of the following report

I requested Makaveli to take a look at this report no answer is given till now

Date: 11-5-2014
Time: 17:08 CET

I state that the information provided in this report is 100 percent truthful and accurate, I have also read through the report to leader rules and followed all the correct procedure before submitting this report.

I'm aware of what I did, it was wrong and it shouldn't happen again but if you believe this matter requires punishment then go for it you don't need my permission.
