Several days ago there was a barricaded hostage situation in Las Colinas, Los Santos involving Mr Dimos Callaghan and a single unnamed female suspect.
This was a unsolicited training exercise intended to assess the ability of SAPD Special Weapons and Tactics to respond to a hostage situation involving a uniformed SAPD
Officer and a Hostage Taker who had no clear motive for their behavior.

The Agency wishes to offer its sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or confusion this unsolicited exercise may have caused Law Enforcement.
Furthermore The Agency would like to make clear that they hold SWAT, SAPD, ASID and all other related Law Enforcement groups in absolute highest regard.
