Following reasons:
Falsly suspecting me while looring me to the LS shewers, and then DMing me after I rply gued(means that he would get no money lost)
After that he falsely suspected me for aiding and started shooting at me, but ended up dieing from me.

I got proof but he also abused his SAPD righs on other people which will hopefully post here.

Okay to make this clear ... I will not waste more time on this guy ... Marco has a decent report ... can I speak about what he did on his maybe? He abused his cop rights three times today ... and got me completly mad at the end ... and guess who got punishment? Me... Anyway ...if you care about this ... leave it as it is ... if not close it...
I have been an SAPD Officer in rs4 and am aware of how he should act. Since I got tempbanned for 30 minutes ... I will post the whole story ... and you are free to decide if the form is important or not.

So I was a taxi driver ... and he performed a traffic stop to me... I gave him his paper and then asked me to follow him ... I RPed being pretty dump so I followed him, but stopped and asked to see his badge when we got to the shewers new the idlewood pizza stack ... then he suspected me for not complying and I RPly gave up... I got on his bike and he RPly dragged me off ... at that point I just did /call 911 and started reported what's going on ... he just got his weapon out and killed me ...
Right after getting out of the jail I got into a new taxi and heading to GS9 where he abused Marco SopranoT ... and suspected me for aiding ... at the end 9Purple6(or how he is called ... sorry for wrong name) gave me a deagle while I was hidding behind my taxi and getting shot at ... I managed to kill him and get away ... Afterwards he managed to stop me somewhere close to Temple where we started a new shoutout ... where an Andra Vercetti chose to interfer and get in my taxi and drive it away while trying to make sure that I am no longer hiden and die ... those I managed to kill Andra before getting away ... after driving arround I managed to give up at a proper officer and got jailled...
After getting out of the jail again ... and after arround 10 minutes I went afk for like 10-15 seconds at my house, where he got with a guy who he had asked to say that I robbed and shoot me to almost dead while I was afk... when I got back I did /gu and he drove me to Mordor ... where he at the end left me, I reported him at an admin that had just gotted IG (because he obviously wouldn't doing such things with admins IG...) and I got myself unsuspected ... I obviously was completly mad so when he came back to pick Jaka and me up I just shot his tire ... he suspected me and I did /hail 1/2(idk) . He just decided to leave me there without any RP so I guessed that i wasn't actually cuffed and shooted his car ... taht obviously got me in ajail but anyway... AFter that Vincent logged off, but I tried to get that administrators attention ... and he wanted me to use the email ... which I simply wouldn't spent my time on ... I tried to solve this IG and he decided to simply tempban me for 30 minutes...
