Description of events:
I was doing my thing, growing weed. Suddenly Vincent appears from nowhere and gets out of his cruiser and says "Get in the cruiser!", after I ask why and what I have done he once again shouts "Face the wall, you have 3 seconds!". I did raise my arms but he suspected me regardless. By this time my weed had grown, and he snatched that too. After a short discussion he started shooting me and Mario (he was on the spot witnessing everything). May I remind you that we were both unarmed.

Hello,

Officer Vincent was abusing his rights all day, in other words he was "annoying".
Earlier today i was driving while on mechanic duty, when i stopped and exit the vehicle, he came to me and said "Get back to your vehicle you scum",
while pointing his gun at me, 10 seconds later with out any more warnings i got suspected for failure to comply, he was annoying to everyone as he abused his rights to suspect every person he saw.
