[EMS]Gruia - Un-needed use of force, leading to death of Officers, and lethal force against a photographer / suspect or not, he did not need to die.

Description of events:
As shown in the video, there is negotiating going on, and intimidation led by myself and my team at the time, Junkyle, Tom, Miriani.
No was taking control of the situation, and I made decision to stand by our previous plan of using Shotgun, we had to leave the situation, to get the shotgun, so we returned and put our plan into action.
No one at the scene was taking control of the situation.
Gruia began spraying people and as a result started off a gun fire.
Which left my friend of 12 years, suffering gunshot wounds and now being six feet under.

I think Officer Gruia did wrong.

I acknowledge of this report and in my defense I can describe my behaviour. The reason for spraying the newsman was because he was spying on us for too much time. He was just following us wherever, wanting to disclose important and internal SAPD information to the press. I warned him like 5 times, but he refused to give up, so in conclusion, I neutralized him. I sprayed the Ballas because I thinked that they can trigger their pistols anytime, so it was safer to have them intoxicated first. Awaiting report's verdict.

I'm not the one who caused it, you are, and you say you acknowledge it but don't act like child and come ingame then tell Matthew and others that you hate the samp community because i reported you.

You obviously are blind. There was a suspect who was taking cover behind your car. I had to shoot him, as he had a Deagle on him and was also shooting at me. You have just stopped in the middle of the road, and didn't react at all. After which I shoot the suspect (and perhaps the vehicle in the process, as you just stopped in the middle of the road), you simply came to punch me and then get /su'd for that.

You shot the car 5 times, instead of persuing the suspect behind the car you stood a few meters away and repeatedly shot at me, that was done on purpose and you know it, besides I was there and my car in that position before you even got there.

I will intervene here and state that each involved party should refrain from using anymore offensive language.

That being said, I will be in charge of this report so to prevent anymore escalation.
