What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
alking about the greatest strengths, then I am the person who can understanding and quickly take an action on an activity. I have the ability to lead and command a situation and I do have a lot of experience in it. And most probably experience is the thing that gives you the ability to fight, that gives you the strength you need. I have good driving and communicating skills. I can easily handle a situation.
Coming to the weaknesses, these are the temporary things that can be removed with practice and experiences, the more practice you do, the less weaker you are. Since, I have really old experiences within the department, most of them are removed and the little ones will be removed soon.

Why do you wish to continue progressing in the SAPD?
I've been in the department before, I had resigned as I had to leave the town due to some family reasons. Being back, I would like to join back the department and serve once again.

Do you have any specific skills and/or previous experience with law enforcement?
I was SAPD Senior Officer, DPD Sheriff during 2012-13. During these, I have gained a lot of experience and training from my command have learnt a lot of things that may help me in my future career. I have good driving skills, communicating skills, leading skills etc

How would you handle an irate citizen?
Citizens are always handled politely. They would never understand a situation if we would be like, "Hey! what the f**k are you doing here?" You always have to be calm to him/her. Let him/her sit and relax somewhere then ask that what is the reason of him being irate? And then simply handle the situation.

Have you been in an emergency situation where you provided assistance to other agencies or civilians? Tell us how.
Yes, there were many situations where I provided assistance to other agencies or civilians, like ADF, ARFD etc.
Once, there was a situation where LSPD was on fire. I was called from DPD by ARFD for a road block setup and then I responded there with my fellows and then we had a road block and we assisted not only ARFD but even the civilians.
