Name (First, Mi(if any), Last): Thomas Adamson

Date of Birth (mm/dd/year): 01.02.1985

Country of residence (City, State(LS-LV-SF), Country): Palomino Creek, County of Los Santos.

Are you a lawful citizen of United States of Argonath?:  Yes, I am

Do you have a valid state driver license?: Yes, I do have

Autobiography (One paragraph minimum): Thomas Adamson was born in 1st of February, 1985 in Ocean Beach, Vice City. He was born into a middle-class family. His father, James, was working as a cab driver most of his life, after 28 years in taxi service, he bought a building which looked really odd compared to other building around the district. He turned that odd looking building into a bar, where he works even today. His mother, Laura, was an English teacher in local elementary school. 15 years ago she passed away due to cancer, which was discovered too late to heal. Thomas was studying in the same school where his mother worked at until age of 17. Due to hard times in father's bar business, Thomas had to assist James daily by serving the customers and doing other daily regular tasks to keep the bar business up, what he didnt know was, that Tom was saving money for a next stage in his life. At age of 19 he moved to San Andreas with the help of local mafia organization who paid the bills and ticket for him, also helped to start a new life in San Andreas.
When Thomas arrived in San Andreas, he had no clue what would he do with his life, so first he decided to look for a place where to settle down. He picked Palomino Creek which looked to be decent and peaceful area to start a new life. He was renting a room from local houseowner until he managed to buy his own property. For several months, he had no idea what kind of profession he'd like to pick until one day he was recruited into local police force. He spent there months to become a proper policeman, loyal to Its state. A year later after graduating the police academy, he was sent to Los Santos where he started new page of his life - a life as a policeman. He served many fine years in the force until he decided to step down and go back to his roots -  the darker side.
One day he walked into a bar that was known as Ten Green Bottles. Thomas was known already there, who and what he was. As simple as it may sound, after couple of months he walked into the same bar, he was already wearing a vest of Angels of Death MC. He felt like he finally found his profession, which was making money with many different but illegal ways, but as more deeper he got into that life, he realized that It was not for him. He dropped the vest and became a lawful citizen once again, looking for a job desperately, but he couldnt find anything proper that would've suited for Thomas.
After several years of freeroaming around the state of San Andreas, he got back to where he started - PD. So incase you're wondering where to find him at the moment - you might spot him driving in a cruiser, serving the state.

     SAPD Applicant Daily Patrol Report

Date: 16.06.2015 - Time: 23:31 - Time Ended: 0:15

Citations Issued:
None

Patrol Situations and Incidents:
Around 23:43 time, when I started the patrol, I spotted a person who matched with a wanted person describtion who was wanted for a murder. The suspect was riding a dark racing vehicle (NRG-500). Apart from his murder charges, the person was driving recklessly at many points around Los Santos' busiest areas in terms of traffic. The pursuit once ended at Glen Park's skatepark where he crashed his vehicle and continued the pursuit on foot. Apparently suspect did attempt to get on the bicycle but he failed to as on his way there, he was taken down with lethal force.
For several minutes there was not a single call, except from the previous one. Although, around 8 minutes later I spotted a citizen who was agressivley holding a gun nearby another citizen. Person seemed to be agressive towards police officers aswell as he refused with co-operation. Thankfully, he entered a private building where he dropped the firearm and none was hurt.
After that, I spotted a white Sultan driving on high speed and dangerously towards other people in traffic, I attempted to pull him over for quite a while but he didnt follow the orders. The vehicle ended up in a stone at Verona Beach, where the suspect got out and agressivley attempted to start a fist fight, which apparently he lost.
Around 00:05 an officer called in a backup request to Idlewood. When I arrived on scene I spotted three citizens blocking the road with vehicle and by laying on the road. This was the second time when I witnessed same people doing same thing at the same place. Citizens' mental health condition seemed to be doubtful as they kept talking about things that didnt really make any sense and when asking for explanation why are they doing it, I didnt get a proper response either. Citizens did move away from the road after several minutes of talking, but afterwards one of them assaulted an officer which lead into a pursuit. Pursuit lasted around 5 minutes as they kept changing vehicles and drove past populated areas until they ended up at Los Santos International where they attempted to grab an aircraft, which they failed at as one of them in a plane was taken down with lethal force and the other one was arrested miles away as the suspect turned himself in.

Arrests:
1

Patrol Summary:
In general I would say It was rather a quiet patrol, with very few situations and most of the citizens I spotted were lawful apart from few exceptions.

     SAPD Applicant Daily Patrol Report

Date: 17.06.2015 - Time: 17:32 - Time Ended: 19:37

Citations Issued:
# 1 - Citizen Conky_Rossi $155 - reckless and dangerous driving on wrong lane of southern LV-LS highway.
# 2 - Citizen Nawaz_Sharif $199 - failure to pay the fine, taken in custody.

Patrol Situations and Incidents:
First off, I started my shift by providing assistance to a traffic stop at Commerce as a citizen did not wish to co-operate with police officers, he was taken in custody afterwards due to the amount of police officers including me, that arrived quickly on scene.
Shortly after that, there was a BOLO put on a black Roadtrain that was hauling a cargo, coming from LS-LV highway. There was a word that he was driving recklessly and dangerously towards other citizens in traffic with a cargo with him. Shortly after that BOLO was put out on him, I caught him driving down the Market strip, heading towards Commerce, so I pulled him over quickly. Traffic stop was performed and after questioning the citizen, he was fined for 155 ARD despite his agressive attitude.
Around 5-6 minutes later when I reached Idlewood/Jefferson area, a suspect was caught running from police officers who was helped by another two citizens. Morgue confirmed that citizen's were identified: Shaun Scotto and Alveron Forlenza were the ones that aided person who's identity was unknown (suspect escaped). I decided to go straight away for these two, one of them was taken down next to Jefferson's General Hospital. Several police units went after the second suspect who was also taken down with lethal force at Rodeo as he tried to escape.
Next up a pursuit followed on a person who looked to be part of motorcycle organization by the looks. He was driving an old-looking classics car and before I spotted the suspect, he managed to take down another officer. This pursuit lasted for quite a few minutes, starting from Doherty, San Fierro and finding Its conclusion at Bone County, Hunter Quarry area where his vehicle was rammed out of road and he decided not to resist after the amount of police officers that showed up. Suspect was taken in custody.
Next situation took place at Commerce, where a white Mesa Grande was caught twice driving recklessly, taking dangerous jumps to cross intersections and who kept speeding, so I pulled the driver over. After explaining him what he has done wrong, he refused to pay the fine of the citation that was given to him, therefore he was taken under arrest. As the suspect claimed he did not understand the charges that was put on him, he requested a further investigation, also a legal representative was at the station. Charges were made clear for both sides and the suspect did not have anything else to say regarding the charges so he agreed to them. Suspect was taken into the cell.
After the situation, an emergency call came in from Las Venturas Fire Department, according to a fireman, another citizen was holding a handgun inside Chuck n' Luck casino while other people around him. Two units responded to that call quickly. On scene, we found a person who was apparently not carrying a handgun but a baseball bat. Both units started clearing the building and searched the people who were on scene, apparently they were not that co-operative so both had to take in custody. After reading our their charge, they resisted the arrest and one of them (casino dealer) was taken down with non-lethal force, the other one who was carrying a bat, made his way towards the door and ran away behind the casino where he got injured and ended up getting arrested afterwards, when it was made sure that his injuries were not that serious.
Finally, a situation occured infront of Los Santos PD where a citizen called that he felt threaten by a vehicle that was full of people, clearly they were armed as they exposed their weaponry. FBI went to question the citizen who called the emergency line and rest of units pulled over the vehicle, which apparently did not stop. Pursuit lead all the way out to Bone County where they finally stopped. Driver and passengers stepped out of the vehicle, at the beginning they were not co-operative which one of them was neutralized who raised weapons at police officers, afterwards the rest was more co-opeartive and the driver who was suspected was taken in custody. The caller/victim was not harmed and he was taken to safety.
Arrests:
4

Patrol Summary:
My aim on this shift was to monitor traffic and keep eye on citizen's traffic habits which I did not to do as I assisted mostly officers in pursuits and shootouts which were handled well and no chaotic situations occured.

     SAPD Applicant Daily Patrol Report

Date: 18.06.2015 - Time: 16:16 - Time Ended: 17:44

Citations Issued:
#1 Citizen Robert_Brown - $199 for dangerous driving on the wrong lane of the road (person taken down in pursuit)
#2 Citizen Lisa - $70 for speeding and dangerous driving.

Patrol Situations and Incidents:
My patrol shift started with a traffic stop at Commerce, where a black Blista Compact was spotted driving on the wrong side of the road, and speeding aswell. The vehicle was pulled over immeadetly, documentation check was performed and after that a citation was written out, but then the citizen started fooling around and decided to flee. The pursuit lead to a boat pursuit which ended with suspect's death as I managed to take suspect's boat out.
This traffic stop was followed by a pursuit that started in Los Santos, a group of Ballas was spotted shooting and innocent civilians and police officers. Pursuit was going through Las Venturas, Bone County and Tierra Robada, finding Its conclusion in San Fierro afterwards where their vehicle was almost teared apart and they came out of it, shooting literally at every officer. 4 suspects were neutralized quickly by several units on scene.
Next off, another citizen was caught driving recklessly at Santa Marina Beach, despite a slight arrest resist, suspect was taken in custody, but her assistant kept assaulting officers on scene with Its vehicle. His provocations lead to a pursuit which ended very fast at Flint County where his vehicle was disabled and suspect was taken down with non-lethal force due to arrest resist.
After that, another pursuit started by Ballas group members at Las Venturas, going through San Fierro and ending at Angel Pine area where 1 of them was taken out, the other one was taken in custody.
Around 17:30 a black Cheetah was caught driving recklessly and over the limit coming from Rodeo, heading to Flint Range, bumping into vehicle coming from opposite direction. After that incident, we pulled over the owner of the vehicle, and ticketed the person for her violation for $70.
And final situation took place at Los Santos City Hall, where a backup request came from another officer, who reported several citizens, one of them carrying a handgun. When we arrived on scene, we spotted the citizen who ran inside the city hall with a handgun. Suspect hide himself inside the office rooms, calling meanwhile the emergency line, letting know his demands. We didnt take the demands into account and teamed up on the door, breaching the City Hall and taking the suspect in custody quick. Teamwork lead to success this time.

Arrests:
2

Patrol Summary:
It was quite a busy shift considering the amount of incidents that occured, but due to excellent teamwork, those incidents were handled well.
