Description of events:
I was driving through San Fierro heading to wheels arch angels and I get pulled over by these two officers for speeding and reckless driving. They check my license on the mdc and they said I was clear and they handed my license back. At any moment they told me that I was gonna have an issued ticket. They told me everything was okay but then they were trying to make me go with them, because they claimed that my car was not "road worthy" I did not wanted to go so I turned on my engine and decided to leave as they said everything was clear, right when I'm going forward Officer Shimamoto starts to shoot at my vehicle till it goes on fire without a reason and suspects me for "fled from ts" at any moment I was fleeing as I stopped and I followed what they asked by giving my license and waiting for the check the only thing I declined to do was the absurb "offer" of going with them only because my car was not suitable for them. You can expect everyone to have a car in good conditions, not everyone has the necessary economy to fix it everytime it get's a scratch, but in fact I was heading to do some fixing of my vehicle because as I said before I was heading to the Transfender, I find the aforementioned suitation unnecessary and unproffessional by these officer because they have no right to telling me to go with them after a clear check nor to shoot me or my vehicle as a civilian.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On June 22th 2015, at 16:07HOURS a report was submitted by Manon Mathews as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- In conclusion after the given time has passed. The reporter seems not to be intrested in the report as no response was given, the given evidence was not valid enough for this case. Thereby Willi Shimamoto en [EES]Emari have been found innocent.
