He has a valid driving license and never had problems with the law. Now he wishes to become a member of Los Santos Police Department.

I want to stop the crime in this city, to make it a safer place, but without us, the city cannot succeed alone. I'll be active in patrol, and I'll help any civilian or officer when needed, anytime.
