Hello Paya!

I am very glad that you have decided to join the VC:MP community and join the Vice City Police Department. However, upon seeing your application and paying attention to some other details, something has come to my attention.

The first one is that I've never seen you in VC:MP before, which leads me to a conclusion that without even getting a taste of what VC:MP is and tastes like, you've decided to go ahead and apply anyways. How can you assure us that the VCPD academy will not have to regret spending their time on you if you realise that you do not like the VCMP and either go inactive or quit?

I actually saw him once in VC:MP. He seems proffesional, from what he applied at that patrol.

Well I have been on and off VC-MP, with long periods of complete withdrawl from it. Alfred, I have actually been on Argonath's VC-MP server several times alone, since there was a decent time of server inactivity. All the upcoming VCPD server events have really excited and interested me to apply for the department and try my best to stay active.
Well, no more concerns from me then. All I can do is wish you good luck until I get to actually see you on field :)

Hi Paya,

It was good to patrol with you earlier this week.

The Sergeants and Senior Officers in particular will be managing your application.
If you have any questions they will be the first people to ask.

Today I have met up with officer Paya Hatam. We began chasing a mysterious ambulance, which afterwards had an aider. We successfuly disposed of the criminals, and then talked about VCPD. I answered him several concerns about VCPD, after which I showed him a couple of VCPD basic aspects. I presented to him how we operate in the waters, sky and also showed him combat tactics. From what I've seen, I think he is ready to become a member of us, so therefore I am recommending him.

I saw you join the server as soon as I left, so sadly I couldn't patrol with you, since I was tired after a whole day of service in both VCMP and SAMP. I hope we'll fix that sometime soon :)

Am I required to be active on the server for a set amount of time in order to pass my application and become a cadet?

Well mostly yes but overall you need to keep a decent amount of activity, and participate in events organized by the VCPD as much as you can.

Welcome to the VCPD Academy.

Regarding your questions:

Events: Anyone may create an event and invite others to attend. I would really recommend this, as it is a great way to meet other members of the team.

Timezone: Thanks for letting me know that you are available from 2am GMT to 6am GMT.
This may be less suitable for officers living in parts of Europe, South Africa etc. However, it could be good for those in the Americas and parts of Asia, Oceania.

Have just finished some shooting basics training with the Cadet, including the lag principles when shooting an escaping suspect and basic shotgun combat. Would recommend the training staff to introduce the Lagram/PIT maneuver in his training.

Cant recommend you well enough Paya, your willingness to learn is fantastic. Best of luck to you, since you already have the potential to be a great officer!

Here are a few donuts after that training session:  :donut: :donut: :donut:.

PROMOTED

Rank: VCPD Officer (VC:MP)

You performed very well in training and proved to be a competent officer with rounded skills.
I was particularly impressed by your driving ability, you negotiated the city roads at high speeds without causing danger. Your responsiveness to situations should also be credited, and this was of high standard.

It is very encouraging to see that you are interested and asking questions.
We look forward to seeing your ideas and contributions.

Congratulations and welcome to the Vice City Police Department!
