Reporting an Officer
« on: March 25, 2013, 03:28:06 am »
Report against RazorX

Reason for Reporting this player?: Unceptabble attitude in the department, killing innocent civilians. My intelligence and behaivor was insulted by this person, I was not involved in any role-play at all, yet I got death-matched (I was innocent, ofcourse) by RazorX and I commented on the situation. Then RazorX told me that 'I was at the wrong place at the wrong time' - this just applies that he shoots players around areas with suspects, even though there was no quarantine issued. As I said, he insulted my 'brain capacity' and as soon as I left, he commented the following: 'haha ragequit'. This is purely unacceptable.

Screen Shots if Available: None, but evidence is listed bellow.
Eye witness - [WS]Legend
Logs - provided by [EAF]Kessu
Quote from: Logs
Line 5200: 17:27 RazorX: stop returning then
Line 5203: 17:27 RazorX: maybe then you wont die
Line 5214: 17:27 RazorX: innocently dumb
Line 5220: 17:27 RazorX: you return from death
Line 5233: 17:28 RazorX: then you was at the wrong place at the wrong time
Line 5240: 17:28 RazorX: and to be at the wrong place twice
Line 5243: 17:28 RazorX: i'd question your brain capacity
Line 5254: 17:28 RazorX: I base it on the current events
Line 5257: 17:29 RazorX: so yeah thats a good enough position
Line 5261: 17:29 RazorX: haha ragequit

Demands: Official warning and apology.

Signed, Freecop, Rapture

NOTE: I would like to refer that this offense (killing innocent people) has happened in the past: Link.

Confirmed.
Nigga you flip sides so much you might aswell be a f**king pancake; one week you're in a crime family, then the next one you apply for VCPD.
Untrustworthy, unhelpful, and simply quite a pain..

You know, talking nonsense in the public chat was never really a violation, noir it was against ARPD regulations

Can you provide us with more evidence (logs, screenshots etc), since there is not much "unacceptable attitude" presented? All I am seeing is that he points out that someone is returning after death.

Still, I'd like 'killing innocent civilians' thing to say, I was not apart of any role-play at all and I was killed by the officer.
Logs has been posted if you didn't check them, I guess I could ask for points of death.
I would also like to point out that RazorX was discharged from duty due to contineous kills and no dedication to hunting down the real crime.

Hello Rapture,

I am sorry that you were involved in this situation and may have felt oppressed, to an extent, due to the possible behaviour of a VCPD staff member.

Prior to us receiving this report they were warned and advised, with the help of the VC:MP A-Team.
I have included a part of a message to RazorX regarding this subject below:

Heya Razor,

I just wanted to remind you, in the server please remember not to taunt other players or insult them. I understand your frustration and the way in which some other players behave is completely unacceptable at times.

However, we try to set the benchmark high in VCPD and the way in which we interact with others should be better than the average guy, right?
In future just ensure that you don't say things in chat which will insult others or otherwise be taken as offensive.

I am mainly referring to the following:

Quote
Line 5203: 17:27  RazorX: maybe then you wont die
Line 5214: 17:27  RazorX: innocently dumb
Line 5220: 17:27  RazorX: you return from death
Line 5233: 17:28  RazorX: then you was at the wrong place at the wrong time
Line 5240: 17:28  RazorX: and to be at the wrong place twice
Line 5243: 17:28  RazorX: i'd question your brain capacity

Others that do the same have been talked to as well, and it's just that we don't want good players, regulars like you, doing it.

If you would like to talk to me about anything, please feel free to.

I see - thanks. I would still like to point out that officers should watch out for who's wanted or not - innocent civilians can come in harm, which would look like a rather bad situation.

Thank you for your concern and for passing on the information.

I am glad that we could settle the matter within a short amount of time.

Please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Command team at any time, if appropriate in future.

With regards,

Chief Legend
VCPD Command Staff
