Why do you want to be reinstated?: I would like to serve the department once again after a short break, I left with a message that I'll return after a break as I was quite busy with some activities, finally after abolishing those, I'm free to join again. I'm still interested in LCPD and I didn't want to leave but at that time, I didn't know how much time it would've taken for some IRL stuff.

((Hi, I don't know why I cannot connect to the server, did everything. Tried it with my PC and it connects without any issue but this laptop ain't connecting. Tried a VPN also. Trying to re-patch the game. Sorry for the inactivity.

Tried everything, nothing works. Any help?

P.S: other servers work perfectly fine.

Fixed, was about commandline.
