I need to say something about the denied SAPD application from Bruce_Wayne.

As you have been accepted to cadet stage this mean you are being watched, remember any officer can train you up, but only Captains and above are still only the official trainers.

Please do NOT bug a trainer when can I get tested this will only make your time as a cadet longer and can lead to warnings if asked enough. We will know when to train you as Officers will advise us on how you are doing in your application topics and also with our own eyes.

So lets start. Bruce behaved like he should have been, so he didn't bug higher ranked people, he didn't unnecessary bump his topic .. But there wasn't a single post with advice from higher ranked people. So that means you need to bump your topic now and then, and insist higher ranked to take a look at you, or am I wrong? (and higher ranked = people that can test you)

Bruce applied nearly the same time as me, Alex Newton, Pixy, ... and we all got accepted. So Bruce asked us if we could contact some higher staff, to ask them to do a test on him. We all did, but a test never came.

And now, after four months apply, he's busy IRL for a while, and suddenly his topic gets denied...

I haven't seen Bruce on server for a long time already, so i decided to make "activity test".
He didnt answer in his application, so it got denied. You had time, to call him and say that there is activity check in his application, then if he would answer he would probably get his officer exam...

According to stats database Bruce was online yesterday, I didn't see him though. And like I said, he's busy IRL, so maybe he doesn't have the time to check this forum. All I'm trying to say is: you apply for 4 months, you 'accidentally' don't come online for 4 days, and suddenly your application is denied, and you need to start over again. And you keep lowering your 'reponse time'. First it was 2 weeks, then 5 days, and now only 3 days.

3 days this time are only once, because i was looking for these cadets, who got rejected in that "wave", ingame since the new year.
I havent seen them even once, so i gave them 3 days for responce.

Bruce has been online this week, So saying that he isn't online for a long time is clear Bull****.
As Smey said he was cadet together with smey, alex, pixy. He has been cadet for 4 months. He is active like it should he follows the rules, knows to RP
He is busy IRL, but he stills comes on now and then. You Denie him.  I have contacted many senior ranks to check what is going on with Bruce his application. Some said, he is waiting for his test others say totally other things.
Bruce is losing hope as his talents are not being looked after.  SO here is what i think about it:

Denying bruce is totally wrong. he is online even if he is busy. Test him he desurves it he is a good cop

If i should be responsible for what happened to bruce his application, i should be a shame to myself!!

First of all don't blame me.  I have asked pancher if Bruce was in a class, he said no. I said to you to just like other people here that bruce is a great cop and ready. But nooo my words were waste of time as i see.
