This is one of the issues I've had lately, panic alarms are not only supposed to let other officers know you're in danger if you're taking shots and you want to give the location to someone.

When you see the panic button being pushed, you need to drop whatever you are doing and you need to head to the location where the panic button was pushed. Keep searching until you find the missing officer.
