Operation type: Transportation of weaponary/armor towards county departments.

- San Andreas Police Department - S.T.A.R.
- Bone County Sheriff Department.

Summary:

This operation is available to any law enforcement officer, including SAPD Recruits. With the amount of criminality around San Andreas increasing and the modern weapons provided in the black market, we fell the need to provide better equipment to our county departments. The latest statistics has shown the amount of weapons/armor in our county departments is almost zero and we can't let that happen. They are an important part inside SAPD, and now more then never since the criminals are attempting to hide and find spots to evade Metropolitan Department. This equipment will provide better conditions to our county officers full fill their duties.

Details about the operation:

Roles:
- S.T.A.R will be in charge to provide updates in case of any blockage to the convoy.
- Detective Bureau will be in the convoy inside SAPD cruiser using a laptop to provide information in case of any thread.
- BCSD will be in charge of tracking the remotes zones and possible spots to prevent an attack. **
** Those information should be delivered to me over Forum PM with a full report at least 24h before the Operation.
- S.A.P.D will be securing the roads and the secure the proper deliver of the cargo.

Way Details:
LSPD -> DPD
DPD -> FCPD
FCPD -> EQPD
EQPD -> Angel Pine PD
Angel Pine PD -> LSPD

Convoy structure:
- 2/3 Biker Units : They will be in charge of blocking the cross roads while the convoy is on the move.
- SAPD Command truck : Will be commanding the entire operation.
- SAPD Cruiser : Will be the closest vehicle to the truck.
- STAR Maverick : Will be covering air space and provide information of citizens approaching.

Convoy regulations:
- Gaps between elements inside the convoy are NOT tolerated.
- Open fire at any vehicle/suspect without permission of the SAPD Command truck will NOT be tolerated.
- ALL Vehicles in the convoy will be using sirens and lights ON but the speed limit NEED to be followed.
- Follow traffic regulations.
- Drivers of the vehicle need to be at teamspeak (don't need to talk).
- Suspect a civilian without permission of the SAPD Command truck is NOT toletared.

Deployment regulations:
- S.T.A.R. should check the perimeter.
- Truck driver would not leave his seat.
- Biker units should deploy and stay in front of the truck using shotgun.
- SAPD Command truck will deploy and deliver the guns inside the department.
- SAPD cruisers should deploy and make close perimeter nearby the truck.

Equipment provided by SAPD Command truck:
- Shotgun (x70)
- Armor (x1)
- MP5 (x200)

Thanks for the alert, if tomorrow around 19:00 CET the server is not up the operation will be moved to 17th around 21 CET. This is not confirmed and will be announced at the proper time.

Due the server maintenance we can't do our operation today. The operation is moved for tomorrow 30 minutes before 17th April, 21:00 CET.
This is not an SAPD matter and all the inconvenient is away from SAPD jurisdiction.

Hello once again,

I just want to make this work but with the DDOS that argonath is getting it's impossible.
The operation would remain locked until I decide a date and time for we handle this.

I hope you understand that is not a good decision but it's impossible to make the operation with this conditions.
