Overview: I logged in and while I was looking for a car I saw a lot of speeders and LCPD units unpartnered. So I've decided to make this organised patrol to make them partner up. Every officer was interested and had a good attitude. They also used the radio to give updates. I didn't assign any area to check since there were no so much players.  We managed to kill a speeder after he refused to comply to several warnings given by LCPD. The operation was finished in around 22:10 CET. I'm really happy from the performance of these officers.
