The deal was not just to re-apply after 7 days. You were to show that you're truly interested in being an active police officer on the server. I've seen you do the opposite first-hand multiple times in that timespan. You need to start realizing that to become a VCPD Cadet you should first be an active ARPD Officer in the server. Cut the crime, show us you're actually going to commit time to being a cop, and then apply after you've been an active cop for a while. What you're doing now is just smuggling all day and only stopping after you apply for VCPD. It should be the other way round.

Given that this is the fifth application that you've managed to get rejected and we're getting quite tired of the way you're treating the application system, I'm going to let you re-apply in 4 weeks time. No sooner than that. If you really want to join, show us you can commit time as a cop in those 4 weeks.
