Usage of a chainsaw by a police officer is disallowed in an RP sense (corruption), not in server-rules (like heli-blading, wrongful usage of seasparrow is against the server rules). To punish an officer who does that, you need to get properly role-played evidence - you died along with every other witness so this report can not be accepted.
