	Cadet: [UFt]Ricky Session: #3: Pursuit Tactics Duration: 30 minutes Grade: 1/10 Passing Requirement: 7/10	The Cadet failed to show a good understanding of the material covering Pursuit Tactics. He displayed a lack of knowledge in the session, failing to answer the second question. The Cadet was able to name the three different pursuit roles, but could not properly explain about them in detail. I decided to fail the session, as the Cadet needs more time to study the material.

We regret to inform you that your application has been denied and you have been removed from the department. At this point in time, we feel that you may not yet be ready to join the Vice City Police Department. You have been giving the Academy Staff an exceptionally hard time. Whether it was requesting an academy session completely unprepared, or refusing to learn, you'd always find some way to disappoint us. We've been observing complete disregard for the academy material and refusal to learn, attempts at cheating and slacking your way through the academy, refusing to put an inch of work into your career here. You have been proven to be completely useless on the field, whining and crying in the radio while your collegues are busy pursuing the suspect. Instead of being useful and joining the pursuit, you occupy a fast speed response vehicle and use it for your radio rants. We tried to make an officer out of you, but you're not an officer material. This is the part where we say enough and show you out he door. Come back when you're willing to take this seriously and learn. You are welcome to re-apply in one month, if you find that you are better suited in future. Take a look over the VCPD guides, and perhaps you could gain additional experience from fellow officers to help expand your knowledge and abilities as a police operative.
