Let me elaborate my previous post which you probably failed to understand.

Agree or not, I too have my own self-esteem. And I don't want myself to start hating myself just because I got rejected. You see, people will start to make fun of me if I get rejected, which most of the time, I don't really care. But there is a thin ice between people making fun of you and people actually looking down at you.

I'm not saying I'm a perfect role model, I'm not saying that I'm a role model to anyone at all. But you must realize that,

I was contemplating my application because, c'mon, all the odds are pointing at me being rejected, withdrawing an application is far better than having to get rejected.

for me, this has nothing to do with loyalty or dedication to VCPD.
It was a question about my self-esteem, which I would defend no matter what.

I had a conversation with DaniGold, asking him 'if' I should withdraw my application, because I 'felt' I was wasting my and as well as your time. Remember that I said 'if' I should withdraw my application, because of the comments given to me relating to this application, the odds say that this application will get rejected.

Which will definitely affect my self-esteem and I shall become a mockery to the rest of the community.

Why did I have to chase someone for 30 minutes with a AU, updating all the time while I was doing so?(ask smaug)
Why did I have to confiscate a crate while 3 criminals attacked me while I was waiting for Smaug to come near the crate, why did I have to kill them all? I could've just walked away.
Why did I have to even bother to try to stop a smuggle while I'm the only cop online in the server?
Why did I have to bother responding to a homicide case(nar rek eaf xd).
I could go on and on.. and all of this, why?

Because I'm dedicated.

No one is questioning your abilities on the Field. We know you've already passed the Academy before so we know you are capable of being an asset to the Department regarding that.

That isn't the problem though as I and the Chief pointed out. It's more about loyalty and dedication. Someone who really wants something won't give up on it, even if they have a fear of failure (in which you said you do)

You need to decide what is most important to you, is it your self pride? or is it a career in law enforcement? I was kicked out before, had my application denied 3 or 4 times by Salmonella and others. Did I give up? Did I withdraw because I felt they didn't want me here? No.

February 1st 1986

0234 Hours

• A group of criminals were seen smuggling on a yacht from Lighthouse, Officer Kappen and I took care of the situation. The smugglers probably had a disagreement when they got off the yacht and killed each other, the remaining few decided to run away, when caught up, the suspects fired upon me, leaving me no choice, I had to neutralize the suspects.

0930 Hours

• After the dust settled, VAJ decided to unload bearer bonds, being the only officer available(the other ARPD officer was a newb), I took the VAJ's Securicar and drove it all the way to the bank, waiting for the other officer to arrive at the situation where I was intercepted by a bunch of criminals, who took the Securicar away, who then unloaded the bearer bonds at Vice Port, which turned out to be a high-speed chase. Unfortunately, I had to neutralize the suspects. No money was found from the dead suspects. They probably stashed it somewhere around Vice City.

2027 Hours

• An argument between two gangs turned gunfight, killing 3 gangsters recognized as the 'Eighth Avenue Furies', three suspects were recognized as the members of Ninth Avenue Razors. Unfortunately, all three suspects evaded, since I was the only unit available to respond.
  

2130 Hours

• A woman, wearing a red blouse and a blue skirt was wanted for homicide, the suspect was driving a PCJ-600, speeds reaching almost 120 MPH, the woman engaged in a gunfight with me, which led me to neutralize her.(kessu :p)

February 2nd 1986, Today

0534 Hours

• Two suspects were wanted for killing a police officer at Little Havana, Officer Smaug Collingwood and I handled the situation by neutralizing both the suspects.

1250 Hours

• Yet again, another suspect wanted for killing a police officer, and again at Little Havana. An unknown male started aiding the suspect, who was neutralized by SWAT Lieutenant Corbin. The suspect wanted for killing the Police Officer was later neutralized by SWAT Lieutenant Corbin.

2130 Hours

• A male suspect was wanted for having to murder another suspect who was wanted for homicide. We feel that this was due to a misunderstanding between three gangsters. The suspect gave Officer Kappa, Officer Briga and I a hectic time chasing. I intercepted the suspect several times, but he always ended up getting to another car. The suspect finally escaped custody.(server crashed lol)
