Conclusion

The Vice City Police Department has found the Final Examination results satisfactory and has decided to PROMOTE Cadet XkillerX to the rank of Officer of the Vice City Police Department.

Extended Response:
Cadet, I am very happy about your performance. You knew pretty much all that is required of an Officer to know and show performance that stands out of the rest. I really have no complaints apart from one minor dissatisfaction:
Please, do read up about the Patrol and Response procedures (pull over in particular) again. This point is left Orange, meaning you are expected to practice. Always remember to ask the drivers you pull over to stay in the car, because it's your safety insurance. If they decide to get out, you are in danger, because that allows them to easily shoot you. Do not forget to always introduce yourself, and report the pull over in the radio so other units might be ready to assist.

Other than that, extremely good job. Welcome to the Officer team.

Signed,
Gabriel Adams, Chief
