REPORT

Date:22 March 2018

Cadet Jayden_Smith was patrolling around Ocean Beach.I was guarding Vice Port Crane. Cadet Jayden_Smith saw something suspecious on Cortez Yatch and immediatly reported on Radio. I respond to the Radio and I headed to the Location with Police Maverick, Cadet Jayden_Smith joined me after i reached there. We saw 5 people on there, (they were -Nylez  -[NAR]Zack  -[NAR]Lamont  -[NAR]Mike  -[NAR]tkthaman) We asked them to leave Via Megaphone but they didn't listened and We kept eye on them. After 2-3 miniute Yatch was moving. We asked for more backup and Sgt. Sevrin respond, And i took an Enforcer to End (Junkyard). Then i took a Maverick and headed to the Yatch! I successfully Landed and neutralized one of the smugglers, then Sgt. Sevrin landed on yatch and neutralized 4 of them. Later Cadet Jayden headed to Ocean with a boat to collect the packs and Confiscated the Packs. This was one of our successful mission! THANKS!

Conclusion

The Vice City Police Department has found the Final Examination results unsatisfactory and has decided that the Cadet is not ready to graduate the academy. Cadet is sent back to the Academy for extensive training on the following subjects:
1) Patrol and Reponse
2) Pursuit Tactics

Extended Response:
Cadet, you started off good. You are aware of the Procedures and Regulations, possess the common sense required and seem to be dedicated overall. However, when a pursuit simulations started, this is where the flaws started showing. While you seem to know the concept of the Pursuit Tactics, and try to intercept, your horrible driving slows you down to the point where you are not able to catch up to an admiral. You missed several great opportunities to cut the suspect off. You fail to efficiently maneuver through corners. So in short: your pursuit tactics knowledge is satisfactory, but your driving is not. Therefore, I will have you under-go driving training.

During a pull over, you must always ask the driver to remain in their car, first of all. That way you insure your own safety. Please re-read the pull over procedures. Your Roleplay competence is also marked as requiring practice, because you always seem to rush instead of putting any effort into roleplaying. Telling someone to "just get into the car, youre criminal" and using out of character shortenings, such as "plz" in a roleplay situation is rather.. eyebrow rising.

You lack situation awareness. You drown a car, and instead of rushing to get a new one to resume pursuit, you stand still waiting for God knows what.  Instead of avoiding collision in an easy situation, you keep going straight and collide head on. During a pursuit, you have a unit behind you going full speed. You come to a full stop to turn around, which causes the unit to collide with you.

You have also failed to search a suspect upon arrest and properly processing him. Please, reread the patrol and response material.

I am sorry, but I do not feel like you are ready to be an officer.
