Well here I am again, this time for good.

I currently do not see myself fitting in the current state SAPD's at, by all means. I questioned the methods, promotions and overall actions the so called 'HQ' actually did over the last months and I still don't know where that might possibly lead in the long run, most likely the total destruction of SAPD. I see no vision, no motivation and no willness for improvement in this place any longer, let alone activity. I understand Argonath's state has also been rather stale and that's what I kept saying to myself over the last months. "Oh SAPD's dead because Argo's dead", "Oh there's no active personnel", "Oh we also have a real life" are just phrases uttered by people that lack true knowledge as of what's going on. And yes, my activity has not been the best to even argue about what's right or wrong, but it's enough to realize that this place is definitely dead not due to activity issues, but motivation and leadership issues.

I know I make myself look as the typical whiner and bad girlboi that is here to cause shit. Afterall it's Argonath RPG, the questions we cannot answer or face with dignity are just made by whiners and bullshitters. I tend to do and think a little differently and that's why I consider this message as the greatest contribution this 'HQ' or High Command or whatever can ever have.. mainly because I ain't afraid I'm not gonna be promoted, or blacklisted, or they gonn' fire me by expressing my thoughts, I really don't care anymore.

To back myself up a little bit, yes, I've been rather inactive the last 2-3 months. Guess what.. this is my last year in college hopefully and I'm giving it my all. I'm not going to fall into details about my real life personal issues when it comes to economy (yes I live in Greece) but I will say this much: I cannot even afford a stable connection from the place I study, hence the inactivity. The thing is that I've been able to play pretty much every week tho, and all I saw was a dead server. I was given an assignment to handle but ended up nowhere near completing it due to not enough SAPD online. 

My thoughts and beliefs are mentioned here so I'm not gonna start over again. I might aswell apologize to Bas for my brutal honesty and the only thing I can give actually give him is that he tried to talk it out with me in private.. well that's that. Most of the points I tried to make went unanswered still. Anyhow, this is not directed to Bas and I got nothing personal against both Bas and Doggi but I strongly believe that this two-man command is gonna end up with them being left alone in SAPD while quality personnel has left for another servers. For once, do not blame the server's state and look on every detail. I'm gonna share the discord conversation I had with Bas after the bullshitting that went on forums and this is how it ended up. I mentioned in my temporary leaving post some points and that's an addition to it. In a strong part of these images I complain about why I and Jason were not granted rights to revive Detective division which still is a hell of a question to me. I don't wanna brag but when it comes to quality RPs, I and Whiteman along with other peeps caused the greatest noise over the last years when it comes to corrupt government, Inglewood Cripz, Long Beach Mob etc. And yes, the point is that we could've made DD a complete place for each and every officer to look up to. And guess what.. what is the point of not actually reviving it at this very moment? It's already dead. Server's dead. I still don't get it. Use each and every weapon in your arsenal to make this place a bit worthwhile!!!

Most decisions if not all after Jake Parker's departure was partly wrong in my eyes. If somebody claims otherwise, he can simply ask himself why ARFD has been more active than SAPD the last month.

And that concludes my two cents, if this is taken personal I mean I couldn't care less. Let me tell you that whatever's left of SAPD pretty much agrees to the main point here, they are just afraid or given up or too inactive to express.

Thank you for serving. It's sad to see you also leaving. I'm agerinag with every signle word is written there. SAPD needs to full restart. You are fully right about ARFD, they can be active when 'Argo is dead'.

I rushed you through the entire academy, I stuck my neck out for you.
Detective Division with 2 people would've been a fiasco, for the only thing you could "investigate" was growing weed, since that's all they did - something you can do as a normal cop as well.

Whitemann has been promoted to academy instructor and TED Supervisor, as he asked to.
Jones has been promoted to academy manager and supervisory officer, and I still have plans for him, but this requires a conversation first.

Let me just tell you, Charles, that you're pretty much wrong in just about everything related to SAPD for your reason to resign.

I give people chances, I want everyone to have fun - but even when they get the stuff they ask for, they end up going to other places anyway.

Rushing a friend through academy is not considered as stucking your neck out, it's not like you directly brought me in. I did what I had to do to pass my exams and ride-alongs and all in all I considered my existence as fair and square as to what each and every cadet had to do. Might have skipped the day-by-day regulation rule, thanks for stucking your neck out for that, I guess.

That's something you do not know. There's still FLA occasionally active. I personally along with Whiteman had tons of ideas and even passed you a straight up plan/structure of the whole project. Trust me, we had a lot of content planned out already. Yes no shit you can investigate fields as a cop, that's all I've been doing the past months, unpaid for it I might also add. And of course, why would you promote/give worthwile assignments/work to a pair of veterans? What the hell is this mindset? You sound as if Gandalf secretly watches each and every move you are about to do in order to judge your overall command. It doesn't make sense, Doggi, the server has been pretty empty anyways. The 'you can do that as a cop' theory is just a further push to the server's downfall. I'm not here for that, I'm here to make things better. I don't know.. I've talked much about myself already I'm just running low at this point. Perhaps approach my sentences as constructive criticism towards you; that's one way to go about it so you fully understand. It ain't about promotions, it's about motivation. I personally haven't received any sort of salary in like seriously ever in my time here and this whole depressing vibe has just reached through my veins.

I do not wanna be the guy to tell you what to do, I was just throwing out my thoughts. This isn't about Whitemann or Jones but the whole procedure we've seen after you've taken over. It seemed as you trust f**king none other than Bas which clearly has a massive impact on personnel's overall activity and mental part. I doubt it would make a difference if you promote any dude at this point other than KJ, everyone left. It's probably too late for that but I guess you could give it a shot. The point is that if you plan on promoting one person all the way from Senior to Captain in such a short amount of time, at least be somewhat fair to also give some sort of appreciation to all the dudes surrounding this very one. 'Academy Instructor' or 'TED Supervisor' is obviously not enough. I mean, hell, why am I even trying to get KJ or Whitemann promoted? That's their own damn problem. The point behind this is that in order to boost SAPD's activity all you got to do is trust SAPD itself.

The only part I might be wrong is not taking this to Discord, but I've never received a proper response/approach from you or anybody else. You know better that I have never been much of a legal guy, but I gave it a try after you also wanted me to give it a shot back in January. Let me tell you, other than few FLA/SAPD interaction my experience has been the most boring I had during my time in Argo. I've been taught proocedings in an endlessly large handbook you've made yourself that I only got to meet in a boring studying method in a freaking video game, yet the only thing I've met in-game is traffic stops and shooting trainings. And no, I consider my resignation reason as valid as it can possible get.

It's sad two old friends end up in a situation like this but in all honesty even tho you claim that 'you stuck your neck out for me', I feel as I'm the one that has been totally left out for no reason at all.. and yes, I regret wasting my time with SAPD, I should've remained a criminal I always was.

Let me also tell you that the "handbook" you refer to, was something I was >forced< to create, and I also discontinued that system as soon as I had the opportunity, and at least two people you've "recommended" for promotions and what now, were in fact against that decision, and want me to return the old system.. but I guess that just shows how much you actually know. 


If you had any issues, you could've talked to me. You chose not to.
I'm still open for discussion and clarification, just not through here.
