Liberty City Police Department - Operation Report.

Participated Units : LCPD Sergeant Mac Tylor.
LCPD Deputy Chief Steven Seagal.
LCPD Captain Peter Kovacs.
ARPD Officer jnewTonik.
ARPD Officer Vittorio_Capobestone.
FBI Special Agent Toreto.

Destination :
DPD >> LCPD HQ >> Prison.

Prisoners Transported : [TCL]BigHero145 and ((NPC))

Summery :

We started to gather up at the main office at DPD, I briefed them for the operation, assigned roles, decided on plans..

Convoy Roles and Plan :

LCPD Sergeant Mac Tylor - LCPD Cruiser - Front.
ARPD Officer jNewTonik - LCPD Stockade - Middle.
FBI Special Agent Toreto - FBI Patroit - Behind Stockade.
LCPD Deputy Chief Steven Seagal - Buffalo  - Intercepting Roads..
ARPD Officer Vitorrio_Capobestone - LCPD Cruiser - Intercepting Roads..
LCPD Captain Peter Kovacs - Helicopter - (came at the end of the convoy)

As it is shown above, everyone had his role and his formal position in the convoy, we moved with a Prisoner from DPD to LCPD HQ to pick up the other prisoner..after that we went to the Prison and there everyone got to their positions as shown in the following plan :

Commanding Officers :
LCPD Sergeant Mac Tylor  Leader Of the Operation.
LCPD Deputy Chief Steven Seagal Co-Leader of the Operation and supervisor of it.
LCPD Captain Peter Kovacs. Co-Leader (At the end).

Wall Officers : LCPD Sergeant Mac Tylor and LCPD Captain Peter Kovacs.
Gate Officers : ARPD Officer jNewTonik.
Crowd Officers : LCPD Deputy Chief Steven Seagal.
Guarding Officers : ARPD Officer Vittorio Capobestone

I made sure that everyone had his position, then i positioned myself at the wall for sniping purposes..after sometimes passed, a Heli was spotted above the prison..it was an LCPD Heli..a voice was heard in the radio asking for permission to land and join the security team, we asked for identifying himself, it was Captain Peter Kovacs, permission was granted, and the Captain joined me as Wall Officer and Commanding Officer..
After sometimes, I was guarding the area from the wall until I saw a red vehicle at the southern side of the prison, at that time the rest of the team was busy with dealing with a guy called Pablo Escober (Joey_Lucchese) who wanted to get inside the prison with his pizza orders..However, I stepped down to check that vehicle, after sometimes inspecting the vehicle, a bomb was found under the motor which was connected to wires that covered the doors' handlers..that prevented us from opening the doors of the vehicle, however there was no time to think of any other way other than pushing the vehicle into the water to be at least away from the walls of the southern side of the prison..I managed to do that, unfortunately the vehicle was blown before I could push it into the sea..However, I had to jump on the water...Thank god that the rest of the team noticed the huge explosion, and Officer jnewTonik immediately responded to check me out, I was Unconscious, he noticed me on the water and he managed to get me out of the water and save my life..
