Complaint against FBI Agent Maddy

As you can see on the picture, this FBI Agent opened fire at my Skimmer for no apparent reason whatsoever.

It was parked next to the dock, as it always is.
I don't think there was any need for this particular agent to open fire at my property.

He is lucky there weren't any other witnesses besides me, otherwise I would've sued him for the matter. I trust the right actions will be taken against this agent as I doubt this is part of the regulations that makes the FBI for what it is.

In the above picture, you can clearly see that I am carrying no weapon  neither are there any bullet trails and there are no visible bullet holes in the said vehicle.

I was merely at the scene because we received a 911 phone call stating that someone was trapped in the ocean.

For all we know, you could've set the skimmer on fire, seeing that you have range on the vehicle as well.

I'm afraid we'll probably need solid evidence of the said incident.

If you want to proceed in this matter and blatantly lie in front of your Director just to prevent a warn that is fully deserved regarding the situation, you are free to do so.

I personally wouldn't risk lying to the FBI Director just to blackmail some Agent, but you are free to do what you want.

Very disappointed that you have no decency to come out clean and admit your mistake regarding the situation, I shall inform the entire city about the procedures the current FBI is taking regarding innocent civilians.

It's what most civilians do anyway, spread lies about law enforcement when we are the ones who actually care about peace and well being of Vice City.

I'll let the director decide what actions are supposed to be taken against me. I don't see the point anyways, since there is no conclusive evidence.

Unfortunate you do not find the picture alone enough evidence of this Agent misusing his firearms and therefore imply I am lying to you when I post this complaint.

I would've expected at least a formal warning for this agent to be more careful as to where he shoots their weaponry.

You have the final decision, therefore I shall leave this complaint as is.
Next time I shall make sure to have more evidence suiting your needs.
