(( Not bad, but did you have anti-aliasing turned off?  Or did the image come out a bit choppy when you saved it as a ".png?"

Aside from that, it's not a bad logo.  I'm not quite happy with the yellow dots all around it, but nice try.  ;) ))

maybe make the "Serve and protect" bigger on version 2 it is a good size on version 1

on version 2 it is hard to read it
