Question about ARPD

I read the topic in main forum that says about new scripts and little about ARPD that ARPD is job and and cant be in an gang or mafia if want to be an ARPD, so i ask if im in these groups, can i join with ARPD?

Argonath Veterans(Clan)

Priest H00d(Priest Service)

Baltic Clan(Clan for people who lives in baltic countries)

Ministry Department(Its group about people who helps people/newcomers)

There isnt nothing about Gang/Mafia.

If those groups aren't against the police force of Argonath, I guess you can. I mean, if they don't do crimes all the time and so on. 

Mafias & gangs often do kidnappings, drugdeals and robberies. Person that is in group that does that kind of stuff all the time doesn't fit in a group of police officers I think.

These groups doesnt crime and that, 2 of them are just clans and 2 of them are serving people and helps newcomers and other people in everything. Thank you

But is there is coming more ranks for all divisions? i prefer Sergeant rank for ARPD.

Senior Officer isn't official rank though I think, but in VCPD there are few senior officers that help captains & chiefs with training cadets.
