I just can't believe that Wayne would do something like this ... he's innocent guys ... I had many RP situations with him involved he was following every order ... An good disciplinary cop we need more like them in the SAPD ... not starting firing them because they just folowed the higher ranks orders ... Thats his job i guess to follow orders from higher ranked and stop the criminals from the streets ... This is all i can say.

they do deserve to be permanently fired from ARPD,
at least the others except Wayne

the only one that can get Wayne free, or lower punishment is Roman,
he can confirm if Wayne tortured or not
but when you knew it, you should have left

you are als part of the torturing, even by only looking

The reporter did RP the incident, we have proof of that.
Ah ok, I was told that there was no RP evidence whatsoever.

Yes, he was ordered maybe, but when a cop orders you to torture a civilian, you should smell something is not right.

You should stop immediately and report it to the staff.

And dont say he is innocent, we got prove of him shooting the civilian twice with a tazer gun...

Thanks Car :)

2. I do not like the decision done by Flameman, This is way too harsh and I do not think permanant suspension on ANY of those in this is needed. At max 1 month, but there is no need for this punishment... although in Real life they would most likely have even worse punisment. I would like to request this:

All of them are only suspended for 1-5 weeks max, BUT for other punishment this is taken to court and settled through that. Or at least not have permanant suspension

Sorry Roman, but Command Staff is the one responsible for it's officers, and WE choose punishment. There was nothing else that permanent removal from SAPD, for such actions.

Sorry wayne, but there are some points that are a lie on your description. YOU KNEW what we were going to do, and you didn't back off. You could have done that, but instead you kept on, and let's say you weren't really worried about what happened, you were just laughing at the events on the cb radio like we all were.

I wasn't informed that you were going to torture Roman on CB.. It all comes in a surprise after the Squeak interrogation. all i was informed was to burst Roman.
Yeah, i dunno why i didn't backed off... i've could just do it, but i dunno man, i was non reactive to that.
I was laughing what you guys said on CB.. but, right after it, i was a hell worried.. i asked my friend about this incident.. He said it was going to be forgiven.. but, next day, i was worried, but more three days, i completely forgot about it.
And dont say he is innocent, we got prove of him shooting the civilian twice with a tazer gun...
The first one, was inside the car to calm down the suspect because he was punching and kicking me, the second one was a order. I can't really do much about but to fire it. Since i cannot refuse high ranked orders

I already told you f**king many times.
You have right to refuse making order if it forces you to break the law! So stop acting like innocent, because you know it!

Case closed, punishment upheld.
