Hey man, Well you atleast have to be registerd for 7 days. and you need a passport and license in order to be cadet, But still good luck when you get your passport/licsence

Yes after you get license "modify" your app and say you got passport and license

Modifyi your application otherwise it can be rejected, also change application topic to "SAPD: [PH]filipino" Just it will look better , good luck in game,check procedures,laws,and 10 codes, print them and learn it
