Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department: I'm a good officer but I wanna be cadet freecops are not listening me they are killing civilians without /gu. For that I will help to Freecops when im in Officer I cant help to them if im Cated and I will try to help to them to learn.

Why would you need to bump it so fast?
Were not a Over night thing, its will take you a week or so.
Used to be more then that, but now Cadet Status is given out like candy...

Observation report:

This officer, Mr.Frank, has shown incompetence and unprofessional-ism when on duty. As i was helping a new player learn the commands, Officer Frank starts shooting at him while he was in my squad car's back seat. I then drove away fearing for my suspects safety and in turn Mr.Frank pursued in a freeway. When i stopped to type, Mr.Frank got off his bike and started to shoot my squad car. I told the suspect to step out of the vehicle and give up and whilst he was in the process, shot him dead.

This Applicant has shown me total disregard for the procedures of the ARPD and i reccomend his application set on hold until he learns the proper regulations!
