Description/Report:

Overall, Mr. Almeida is not a half-bad officer. He has great qualities and knows his stuff, except for a few places which I needed to touch up a bit. This includes his driving most importanly. His driving skills are quite low in standard so to put it, and he definately needs to learn how to control his car, and how to drive when necessary. Basically meaning, he needs to practice everything about driving, including normal routine patrol styled driving and high-speed pursuit driving.

If he can train himself and fix the above mentioned, he will definately become a much stronger officer. However, not only his driving needs improving, but also his weapon skills. He failed on initial try to disable my car within 10 rounds around Dillimore, however, on a second attempt, he did it within 9.5 rounds I believe - barely passing.

So, all round, he's a good officer, but definately needs a bit of improving in some areas. I say he needs some time to brush up those skills first before he gets an exam to become officer.

right now yes Austin i go online Everday on monday-friday im on for like 1-2 hours
saturdays and sundays im available for a long time

alright ill put a report for wat i did today
Today [AA}JelliSnider, [AA]Doggi, TeaM_Pancake, and Seargeant Jake Emerson worked on a bomb threat, the SWAT team was not available and neither was the FBI, so the AA units managed to disarm the bomb and take it to area 69. No casualties
(shoudl i put this in Special cases and reports even thoguh this wasnt something that major)

I, Jennifer M. Black recommend this cadet for an officer exam. I've patroled, trained with this cadet. He's very excellent. He's surprised me in many ways. One very nice cadet, I hope to see him as an officer, after he gets his exam, if he does.

well after 4 straight months as cadet and 3 months as freecop i resign from SAPD
i had some really great times with ARPD but these days are not the days im gogin to be a SAPD Officer maybe another time
