Are you stupid??  This is not the proper form of application!!  This'll get you rejected!!!

Well if he said something like that to someone who is trying to learn then he is not making a good impression on his own application, and BTW who are you to tell people that their form of application will get them rejected? Leave that to the ranks who actually Accept and Reject people.

Okay okay, apparently some of you didn't read very well.  There was a POST on these forums, of a new person asking how to apply to become an officer and above.  Speed_Rammer made an inconsiderate and very rude post back, practically down-grading the new players chance on even becoming an applicant for ARPD.  The quotes were the things that were SAID by both the person attempting to learn how to apply, and Speed_Rammer in who said the mean statements towards the new player.

Now that I hopefully cleared that up, please remove yourself from my back in thinking that I was talking towards Speed_Rammer when I said he was stupid or such.  I never stated nor implied that.  I just simply quoted what I have seen from Speed_Rammer's behaviour towards new players and such.

And Speed_Rammer, you have said that because I do believe I have witnesses.  I think it was either Sergeant Rory Anstruther, or Acting Lieutenant Jake Emerson who also commented about your behaviour towards the new player attempting to apply.  And if you want ACTUAL proof:  http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=7365   < This is of Speed_Rammer (forum: Speednation) Disrespecting and putting a player down.  Full and full.

Today patroled at rodeo.
pulled over 2 speeders and arrested 2 criminals for assaulting on cop cars!
At rodeo always was code 4!

Catched/arrested 5 criminals. Killed 2 suspects.
