Evening. My name is Rafael Cipriani. I luckily flew over the local weed field in Flint Country when I noticed some suspicious people there. I landed on the ground, reached for my camera and started to snap pictures. The man is identified as Vybz Kartel. He was already suspected for evasion of the law. I really hope you take this report serious, and I would like to have an answer on what actions that has been taken towards Mr. Kartel.

On this picture, he is running towards me, after that he hit me (assault) so I broke my nose.
