Not just that, there's a variety of other reasons, such as having more responsibility, and of course I think I would suit it more

I was brb for a lot of the time with twenty, since I had quite a lot of other things going on at the time (personal, offline), and there was a lot of confusion as to why a chainsaw was being used to perform a search on a body! We should have called forensics!

I know what you mean about the respect being earned and all, but I think to earn it, you need to show a lot of good work at your responsibilities...
