Hello, as for as I know Brian Gutierrez a.k.a. [TCL]Brian_G is known around here, so I think you should know about something he did: scam. So here I am to inform you.

Me and Brian made a deal sometime to make a sale trough the internet; he would buy something from me, some sort of software that I would make for him. First he was offering $100, and it is normally worth about
$10-$12, and he wanted to ‘test’ is first, before he would pay, so it already seemed like scam.

Later, he was even offering more, a lot more. He also told me he wanted to get the file first from me, and then send the money to me. I told him there was a safe way: I send a part of the file to him first, and then he sends a part of the money, then I send the next part of the file, and he sends the next part of the money, and so on until the transaction is complete. For some reason (scam) he refused this offer.

Later, he admitted that he tried to scam me.

Then he started begging me to make it for free.

Later we made a reasonable deal, I would make it for 10 dollars. So I started making it, it was finished after a while so I wanted to do the transaction. Brian always kept asking for more time, and finally after a few months, he just cancels the whole deal. So I made it for nothing, after he apologised for his scam, he just did it again. And then I see these funny quotes from him:

After I told him I would post this, he wanted to buy it anyway. So we made the deal that I would send half of the file to him first, and then he would send half of the money, and then we do the same thing again. So I sent the half file, gave him what he asked for, and he didn’t send half of the money. Luckily he can’t do much with that half file. So this was his third attempt to scam me.

I made this topic as a reaction to his scam, and of course to inform everyone about Brian his scamming.

This is not the right place to post, www.argonathrpg.eu/forum might work. However this did not take place in argonath. So i dont really know.
However, this does seem like something Brian would do :S

He also tried to talk me into giving him $5 or some shit through PayPal because he said he owes someone some money.

I don't trust this guy at all.

He is route banned afaik by jaaskaa for hacking and ban evading...

He stole information from the fbi for his 1337 roleplay server, he was banned in FBI forums but he evaded the ban, he kept contacting members of the FBI to take them to their server and do things for him...

LOL not surprised... He tried convincing me into making him a script saying he would get beaten up IRL otherwise... Brian_G doesn't play Argonath anymore, last I heard he was on some of those realistic roleplay servers as their FBI director.

Topic locked - ARPD isn't exactly the place where you should post this.

He in fact copy pasted the information from our FBI forums for his own FBI in other server, one of the reasons that got him fired.

Also, maybe you should try to spend your efforts in something more useful instead of provoking about a situation that you don't know.

This post doesn't surprise me at all because he told me the same story as JayL.
We must always maintain that the wished final, as much as it seems to us meritorious and proceeding in right, it never justifies the use of improper means.
