Sean, bumping your application is not going to show the command staff how your progress in the ARPD is going; I advise you to make daily reports about the suspects you killed, jailed, etc, a little summary of what happened that day and ofcourse take Cadet lessons from Officers+ and make them fill in a training report, this will surely speed up the progress in becoming a Cadet.

If you're going to persist with bumping then don't just post "bump", at the least post something productive such as "On duty a lot lately" yada yada yada. Or a patrol report for various times online.

Suggestion:
Do not post 1 patrol report every day, collect a weeks worth of reports and then post them. Or something of the sort.
