When you get on /duty you get free guns BOOM.  It can be by weaponequip, five finger discount getting shotguns from pd cars, same shit as getting SMG from your partner.  If its script abuse then almost everyone should get banned then

So you are telling me, it is against the rules to go in a PD car as a civilian, get 5 shotgun bullets, go in ammunation, and get a discount, but giving someone 1 bullet of SMG is not against the rules? What is the difference in getting free shotgun, and getting free MP5? I am not talking about an officer plus giving you 100 bullets to SMG, I am talking about them giving you 1 just for a discount. What is the difference in us getting free weapons, and civilians getting free weapons from the PD cars?

This was a police discussion so stick with the police version, dont involve "if and civilians" into the disucssion

IT is not script abuse for cops to go inside PD cars and get free "5" bullets of shotgun then go ammunation and buy more, so why would it be abuse for a cop to give you 1 smg bullet so you can go to ammunation and buy some more? isnt it the same damn thing..this is the point Mac_Cabrazi (Ancelotti)  was trying to get across and its a valid one.

You can:

Give 180 SMG to a Cadet/Freecop
For such situations like drive-bying.
The Cadet/Freecop could buy more, if they're low on ammo.

Or once their 180 given SMG runs out, and you need to drive-by
you could stop and refill them.

You can't:

Give 180 SMG, Then re-duty, give them 180 again, and re-duty etc.. - Script abuse

I would say; You're safe to give a Cadet/Freecop some SMG/MP5 if they know the Drive-by laws etc;
You can shoot SMG if you're being shot etc, Suspects running, Drive-bying a car, Drive-by a person on foot ONLY if they're directly shooting you, Do not shoot running/idle suspects on foot.. Etc.

I'm not completely sure on giving one bullet, I guess that is more of a Scripters answer and/or someone who has came across the situation, or has gained information on it.

In my eyes it is script abuse, because you're avoiding the full SMG price in ammunations and just pay less for ammo.
What if they don't go and buy more?

I think the main questions is: Is avoiding the weapon prices at the ammu script abuse?
