Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): First of all, there are a lot of crimes around in the streets in United States of Argonath. I want to make USA safe, It is a good RP training. I can a lot of the codes Example: 10-1 Reception poor,
10-2 Reception good,10-4 Message received, understood, 10-5 Repay message, 10-7 Out of service, 10-8 In service, 10-9 Repeat message, 10-20 Location, 10-45 Condition of patient?, 10-45A Good, 10-45B Serious, 10-45C Critical ,10-45D Dead, etc. I want to show my skills and become a S.W.A.T member too. I am a little tired of being a freecop and the work as a cop is the job I am really enjoying.

Also, you don't need to state all those codes in the sentences, aiming for S.W.A.T is a good aspiration but know this it is quite difficult, being tired of being a freecop may not look good on yourself as we are all equal. I'm also pretty sure we don't use 10-45 as a code.
