L.V.P.D. - Transfer announcement
« on: August 05, 2010, 15:31:59 pm »
LAS VENTURAS POLICE DEPARTMENT

L.V.P.D.

To,
Officers, Unsure about L.V.P.D. Transferring system.

As a lot of Officers are unsure a bout L.V.P.D. Transferring system - I will make the system clear.

L.V.P.D. is no longer 'Hand Picking' their staff - This was only used at the very start of the L.V.P.D. Opening, So L.V.P.D. would be active. L.V.P.D. is now accepting transfer requests. Obviously, If the current Department you're in accepts your transfer to L.V.P.D.

As a note, if your Transfer is accepted by both Departments, You will be asked to do a 'Transfer Exam', Where you will have a theory exam and perhaps a patrol. The curricula of L.V.P.D. Can be found on the L.V.P.D. board; The rules are made by Chief Rafferty himself, these rules enforce the professionalism of Officers, and if followed, the L.V.P.D. Officers will always be doing their job correctly, these rules will be questioned in the Transfer exam. This transfer exam is used to see if you're able to work in L.V.P.D. correctly. After the transfer exam, You will be given the results, Being; Pass/Fail. If you Pass, you are happily accepted into L.V.P.D, If you fail, you have another chance to re-take the exam. It is always a good idea to check the L.V.P.D. Curricula, and revise what you need for the transfer exam. L.V.P.D. Lieutenant's and above will organize the exam for Officers which will be awaiting the transfer exam.

Hope this cleared some point up for interested Officers,
L.V.P.D. Lieutenant Leroy Hudson.
Las Venturas, 05.08.2010.
