Highway Patrol and Back-up Unit

 RytisKalenas, would like to announce a new (un-official) group for the SAPD.

Goal:
Our goal is to stop the wars against traffic laws. In present-day society, civilians seem to have forgotten the laws and drive way too fast and recklessly, causing more and more fatal collisions.

How do we do that?
We patrol highways and countyroads. As there is no limit on the San Andreas highways, our main focus there is reckless driving and driving on the wrong lane. On the countyroads, we will stop everyone who seems to think that he is above the law. This includes speeding, reckless driving and off-road driving.

Requirements:
To join our group, you must meet a few requirements.
Proper RP skills
Proper driving skills
Be a freecop*
Note: You do not need a driver's license or a passport.
* If you are in the ARPD, you must have permission from the SAPD chief in order to join!

(if anyone from official ARPD wants to join, they must get a permission from their chief), never copbanned, know english well.  

Defently check with the cheifs before posting something like this and get Official Group stats... But as of now the ARPD has no Subdivisions so this is not official.

I belive that you CAN'T Use SAPD Ranks in your Subdivision - As you are neither offical subdivision and aswell if you were you were not going to be allowed aswell.

Second you really should have put some more effort in the topic and make it look little more professional and some more thinking on it.

But anyways ranks and topic are just layer, the real thing is how you are GOING to work out there. I have noticed that neither one of your staff is a Experienced Player or police officer, I don't want talk about rank but for when your accounts are made and from how much time each one of you is here from.

So I would recommend you to hold making a division for sometime get experience and then do it again when you are all ready to ''Serve and Protect'' as finest as you can.

But anyways these are my advises and notes to you. Once again good luck and I hope I will have a chance to work with you.

Hello HPBU mates, like i said you some days ago i have to give my resignation on 29th of September 2010 due to the following reason:
IC Reason: I have been transferred to Liberty City Police Department and I will leave in the morning of 29th of September.
((OOC Reason:That morning i'll leave to go to study in another city, i hope i can continue to play, probably i can but i'm not sure and of course i won't have a lot of time.))
