Well, I was driving near the LSPD, and as we all know the roads around the precinct are not in very good condition, there is constant roadwork east of city hall. Well, I was driving near the City Hall and there is traffic cones for a team of workers fixing potholes. Now this is usually normal, but today was different, I noticed a monster. This was no ordinary monster, he was orange, and his white stripes were very intimidating.









Well, when I pulled up on scene, I saw a man, whom I recognized to be our chief. Chief Pancher. He looked at me with his wild eyes, and took off down an alley way. Now, I would normally chase someone who has done something so.. heinous. I would like to request a drug test on our chief, for I do not think he made this creation without the use of drugs.
