A break from SAPD
« on: September 11, 2010, 23:52:31 pm »
After the events of todauy i have realised that i really need to take a break from cop work. The reason is because every time i play as a cop these past few weeks, it seems as if everything has been a disaster, people have been moaning about something and my stress level is through the roof. The only time i should ever be stressed when playing on the server, or on any game is when im doing admin work. I have accepted that admin work is not all fun and games, but when i go to actually have fun and play as a cop, everything just becomes a shit storm of moaning and complaining and stress. Half the cops here seem to have lost sight of the fact that we are here to have fun and to play a game. It seems alot of people take it way to seriously. I understand that we gotta be serious, in fact that is what makes some of it fun, but some people seem like they never have fun.

THere are people who have alot of responsibilities and still maintain professional, however take the time to have fun at what they are doing. Boozman for example is like that.

I need to take a couple weeks break from cop work to cool off and understand that when i come back ill be having fun, not being stressed out of my mind. I had the entire SACS incident happen to me again today. It seems that everytime i get settled into a police group, its shut down in some rapid, confusing sequence of events and it stresses the hell outa me. Ill be taking a break from cop work if you will let me. I will still do forum work to help  LVPD as i love doing that, just IG ill be doing other things so that i dont have a mental breakdown.

thank you for understanding and i hope you will accept my request for a few weeks off :D

There ain't to many people, at this point, honestly, that have that same thought Mac.

SaftyMoose, you are right, this was made for people to have fun, not to be more stresses. You already have enough stress OG, girlfriends, school, work, ect.. Just take sometime off. I am the same well as well.

Ja, lay back a 'lil man. I can relate to your woes.

Advice, if you ever need to have fun while on duty, do it with someone who knows how to have fun. (Jcstodds)
