ARPD to MTA:SA

Im wondering, will ARPD exist in MTA:SA to ? becouse i love it if that would be so :) I have started to play on MTA now alot, becouse i dont like SA:MP so much anymore. So, does anyone know if ARPD will exist in MTA:SA to? And if not, do u think it should ?:)
