Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):  I'd like to improve this city in the game, as there seems to be too many people committing crimes.  I also want to make sure all officers don't abuse their rights just to make money.  In addition, the server is very enjoyable and I think I'd make a great Officer.  I think I'd get a lot out of it, and really would be able to improve this already great community.

You don't have to post everyday, just one or two times per week. By the way, if you want to really get results, start patrolling with Officers. Learn from them, follow their teachings. It worked for me.

He destroyed a roleplay drowning "event".
Me and Jack Webster had a role play drowning even at verona beach and Mario Maninghio appeard. I was laying in the water and made a advertisement: "Drowing situation at Verona Beach. a Civilian is laying in the water, possible alive? rescue this man." and my friend Jack Webster was supposed to call 911 for asking medics to come and rescue.

This is the conversation:

Mario: What is going on?
Jack: we are having a drowning situation.
Mario suspect Jack for drown a civilian. and shot him without asking to surrender..

Medics and firemens appeard. and they left because the roleplay was destroyed by Mario. (Thanks Mario)

At this point i do not recommend you to join SAPD.

Work on these area's and get more experience:

How to work alongside your fellow officer
NOT to shoot suspects who have given up
NOT to aim your weapon on civilians

and lastly

Learn not to ram every time you drive, i mean you cant really suck at driving by hitting a PD car parked on side walk
