You seem to have a good deal of experience. Keep trying to get a passport and a license and I'm sure you'll have a pretty good chance of getting in.

You seem like a really good person and seemed to have filed the application correctly, It also seems you have alot of experience and from what I saw in game your a nice guy as well. Prove your self worthy of becoming an officer by doing some more good cop work and ill guarantee you would be a great person to have.

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become a Cadet (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into ARPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
