Crime Jailtimes and tactics.
  Hello, when I arrest a suspect I usuasly bring him to jail. The jailtimes really depends on the crime. The smallest is 20 sec for speending and ramming if player is not introduced to the rules of Argonath. Next by size is fighting with cops or shooting - it is 30-45. Then if he had already killed someone I let him stay in jail for 50-60 sec (depends on number of kills). And if player begins deathmatching I can ask admin to kick him (if it is necessary).

i think you need a bit more experience as being a cop.

You tend to break the rules and youve gotten banned recently. Work as a free cop for a bit longer and ive seen some people complain about your cop work but il let it off i just think you need a bit more experience rather than applying here right after getting unbanned

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become a Cadet (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of  this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into ARPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.
