Officer Account Deleted

I'm not sure exactly where this should be posted, so I'll post it here, because it has to do with me regaining my Officer status.  The name of my account was Randall_Ceasar and I was an Officer.  I tried logging back in today, but it said I needed to create an account.  I was wondering if I would be able to get my Officer status back, as I have had a good bit of experience on this server.  Also, I haven't played in a few months so I'm thinking that's why my account was deleted.  If anyone could help me out or give me any information on why the account was deleted, I would really appreciate it.

Also, if any proof is needed, I can try and find some screenshots that show I was an officer, as well as an RP video I uploaded a while back.
